Frame Types
ARC-O-LITE skylight curb frames are fabricated using 6063-T5 extruded aluminum alloy and with vinyl "No-Frost" Frame (as illustrated right).

No-Frost Frame
The "No-Frost" frame is supplied with a hollow vinyl thermal barrier. The thermal barrier virtually eliminates the formation of condensation around the interior of the curb frame, which if under certain conditions were allowed to accumulate, might drip into the light well.
Aluminum frames are mill finished as standard. An optional Duracon® (Thermosetting acrylic) 100 architectural metal finish is available in a wide range of colours at extra cost.
